4:05 pm: Guests are Sent to the Ceremony Site (Carpooling encouraged!)

5:00 pm: Post Ceremony Appetizers

6:30 pm: Reception Dinner 

8:00 pm - ???*: Dancing and After Party

9:30 pm: Late Night Appetizers

2:00 am: Bar Closes
